Stanage Plantation December 2008 gallery:
28 photos, published 7th December 2008
I tend to take fewer photos during the British Winter, as there aren't as many days with good climbing weather. However when it is dry and sunny with very little wind, the quality of the climbing, and the Winter light, can be stunning. This is a gallery of photos I took on a busy Saturday morning, covering the classic boulder problem Not To Be Taken Away (font 6c), and attempts on the routes Ulysses' Bow (E6) and White Wand (E5). The final shots show Dave taking a massive fall off White Wand, and unfortunately he broke his heel bone.
